Just as important as a good bed and a mattress is a good duvet. It will keep you warm on cold nights, cool during the summer. This is what puts "cosy" and "welcoming" into your bed. If you want a ready solution for your bed, we are also offering comforters, which don't need a separate cover.

Know Your Bedding

Duvets and comforters consist of an outer shell made of fabric, that is filled with organic or synthetic down to provide insulation. The shell is usually quilted to ensure an even distribution of down inside the sheet. Temperature efficiency of bedsheets is measured in TOG (thermal overall grade) scale. There's no need to understand the technicalities, as it can be easily divided as following:

• Summer duvet - 3.0 to 4.5 TOG
• Spring/Autumn duvet - 7.5 to 10.5 TOG
• Winter duvet - 12 to 13.5 TOG

As you can see, the scale is straight-forward and easy to follow. Of course, you need to factor in your personal preference to find a suitable duvet for yourself. Duvet covers can also influence the TOG rating of the sheet. Tightly-woven covers can greatly improve the insulation.

Pick Your Coverlet Size and Material

Duvets and comforters come in sizes that fit most beds. Our bedsheets are suitable for beds ranging from single to super king. You can even find sheets made of various materials. We are offering duvets with outer shells made of cotton and microfibre. Cotton is a better insulator and usually has a rating of 9.0 TOG. Cotton is also organic, which maybe viewed as an advantage. Microfibre duvets and comforters mostly have a rating of 7.5 TOG.
