Beliani takes over avandeo internet brand shop with furniture

Beliani company, Swiss e-commerce enterprise, offering luxurious furniture in attractive prices in Switzerland, Germany, France, Benelux countries, Great Britain, Poland, USA and Canada takes over with immediate effect an internet furniture shop from Munich – avandeo.

Beliani was convinced mainly by avandeo’s position as a furniture brand that thanks to a large success connected with sofas and beds was widely recognisable in German speaking countries. The main goal is the use of synergy connected with global Beliani infrastructure of deliveries and marketing. Together with purchasing the brand, Beliani plans to take over a luxurious design to its own assortment and offering licence to other companies.

This process has been finalised by Beliani GmbH merely three weeks after opening insolvency proceedings. It was agreed, that the price will not be published.
