If you decide that you do not like the furniture, Beliani will collect it from you free of charge and refund any product and transportation costs you have already paid.
You can order furniture from us in 3 different ways:
- Online
You can buy furniture on our website, from our online store: simply click on the "Add to Cart" button under each item. You can then specify the number of desired items and calculate the total price. If you would like to add more items, click the "Continue Shopping" button. Once you have added all of the desired items to your cart, click the "Check-out" button. Please log in here to an existing account or create a new account. Enter the relevant billing and delivery address. Below this, you can specify the desired delivery date: If you would like to receive the goods as soon as possible, choose the first option: "Within max. 14 days after receipt of payment or order". Once we have received your payment, your furniture will be delivered to you within 14 days. You can, though, also choose a different delivery date. In a third step, you can enter your voucher code, if you have one. You can also choose to take out transport insurance or an extended warranty, if so desired. Once you have filled in all the relevant details, you can submit your order. We will then send you an e-mail with your order confirmation and our bank details so that you can send us your payment.
- By email
You can also order goods by email: mail@beliani.ch. Tell us what you would like to order (incl. colour and quantity) and specify the billing and delivery address and your telephone number. Our customer service team will then explain what happens next.
- Over the phone
Place your order directly over the phone: 0842 800 111. We will take you through the entire order process and take all your details.

4. How are my shipping costs calculated?
The delivery charge per set is specified for the item in question. If you have purchased several sets or additional items with a delivery charge, these delivery charges will be added. In the case of bulk orders, please contact our customer service team for a delivery charge reduction.
5. Can I change my order once I have submitted it?
You cannot change your order yourself once you have submitted it. If you wish or need to change your order, please contact our customer service team: 043 508 15 94 or mail@beliani.ch. Our team will make the required changes to your order for you.
6. How can I cancel an online order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team directly: 043 508 15 94 or mail@beliani.ch.
7. What do I need to do if I want to return furniture?
You have an unrestricted right of return of 14 days; that is, if you do not like our furniture, you can return it to us without having to specify a reason for this. If you wish to return any of our products, please contact our customer service team: 043 508 15 94 or mail@beliani.ch so that we can arrange when to collect them from you. Products which have been delivered by parcel service have to be returned by the customer himself. We will refund you the shipping costs.
We ask that you pack the furniture appropriately so that it is not damaged during transit back to Beliani. In order to be able to exercise your right of return, it is imperative that you keep the original packaging.
8. When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be sent to you within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your payment or on your desired delivery date.
Unfortunately not. This enables us to keep our costs extremely low and to offer you unbeatable prices. We also outsource all of our logistics to external specialised partners.
We therefore offer you a 14-day right of return to compensate for the fact that we don't have any showrooms.
10. Can I pick up my furniture order myself?
As we have outsourced the delivery of our furniture to an external company, it is unfortunately not possible for customers to collect their own furniture order.
11. What do I need to do if my furniture arrives in a damaged condition?
If your furniture arrives in a damaged condition, we ask that you record this on the delivery note on delivery and send us a copy of this note. You can then contact our customer service team by email at mail@beliani.ch . Please send us photos of the damage by email so that we can analyse and assess the damage. We will then do all we can to resolve the problem to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
12. Will the furniture be carried into my home?
Your furniture will be delivered to the curb or as close to your door as the lorry can get, but will not be carried into your home. If you would like your furniture to be delivered into your home or garden, this can be arranged for a small surcharge. Please tell us if you would like to make use of this additional service before we deliver your furniture to you so that we can inform the shipping company of this.
13. Will the delivery man take away the packaging?
We can take away the packaging for you at an extra charge. However, we strongly recommend that you keep the boxes so that you can return the furniture to us in its original packaging in the event of any damage or defects. Please tell us if you require this additional service before we deliver your furniture to you so that we can inform the shipping company of this.
14. Will my data be transferred securely?
Your data will be viewed exclusively by us and will not be passed on to any third parties. For more information on this, please read our privacy policy.
If you want to place an order with your voucher from deindeal, this is how you should do it:
1. Search the product in our shop and put it into the Cart
2. Add all the additional products that are included (ex. rain protection) „Check-out Cart“
3. Please register as a new customer (enter your E-Mail adress and password), so that we have your data for future orders
4. Please enter your adress and telephone number
5. On the last page, please fill in your voucher code
6. After filling in the voucher code, a field will open up where you have to enter the PIN
7. Finish your order. Immediately, you will receive an order confirmation from us via E-Mail.

If you want to place an order with your voucher from dailydeal, this is how you should do it:
1. Search the product in our shop and put it into the Cart
2. Add all the additional products that are included (ex. rain protection) „Check-out Cart“
3. Please register as a new customer (enter your E-Mail adress and password), so that we have your data for future orders
4. Please enter your adress and telephone number
5. On the last page, please fill in your voucher code
6. After filling in the voucher code, a field will open up where you have to enter your last name
7. Finish your order. Immediately, you will receive an order confirmation from us via E-Mail.

If you want to place an order with your voucher from groupon, this is how you should do it:
1. Search the product in our shop and put it into the Cart
2. Add all the additional products that are included (ex. rain protection) „Check-out Cart“
3. Please register as a new customer (enter your E-Mail adress and password), so that we have your data for future orders
4. Please enter your adress and telephone number
5. On the last page, please fill in your voucher code
