We understand that happiness is in the details, which is why we offer tailored delivery services to fit your needs. With careful coordination and cooperation with external partners, we ensure your items arrive safely within 1–2 weeks, ready to add that touch of happiness to your space.

Please note, while we strive to reach every home, our services might not be available in certain postal code areas due to logistical limitations. Besides that, there are some other restrictions to keep in mind.

• Our assembly doesn't include any electrical services, plumbing, or wall or ceiling mounting - for these kinds of tasks you'll have to reach out to local, experienced professionals.

• When it comes to the disposal of old furniture, we only ask you to prepare the pieces you want to get rid of, so our team can fit them through the door and staircase. Please note that every piece you've ordered permits the disposal of one old piece that weighs no more than 60kg.

• Check the packaging sizes in the Packing and Assembly section of the product page to ensure the delivery will fit through doors and hallways.

• When requesting assembly services, the customer is responsible for providing a room with enough space to ensure a safe and efficient assembly of furniture. The room should be well-lit and well-ventilated, ensuring the air is free from harmful substances. The customer or their authorised representative must be present at the site during the assembly process.

• If the delivery includes additional services, such as assembly, placement in the designated room, or disposal of old furniture, the delivery time may take longer compared to a standard delivery. The customer is required to provide a parking space for the delivery vehicle in proximity to the delivery address. A lack of adequate parking space may result in the cancellation of additional services, and delivery will then be made only to the curb.

• If the confirmed delivery does not take place due to the absence of the customer or their authorised representative at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for covering the re-delivery costs, including all applicable fees, such as additional services if purchased. In the case of order cancellation, additional service fees are non-refundable.

• If the delivery attempt fails due to unavailable parking, insufficient access roads, or failure to meet installation requirements, the customer will be responsible for the cost of a re-delivery. In case of order cancellation, the customer will be liable for the first delivery cost, and any additional services purchased will not be refunded.
